There are no unexpected restrictions: no additional download fees; no limits on file sizes; no limits on the number of boards you have in your Account, nor on how large or complex your boards can become.>
Flexibility in payment
If you prefer to use a corporate credit card, you can buy online: because we use Stripe to process your online payment, Kerika never sees or stores your credit card.
If you prefer to pay offline, we can work with whatever process you find convenient: request an invoice for your Finance Department to process, and you can pay by bank check or electronic funds transfer.
We can also work your automated vendor payment system if your organization prefers. (We are a registered Washington State Vendor, and have registered with other systems like Basware.)>
Annual subscriptions make for easy renewals
Billing is done annually: you pay upfront for the team you need; as your needs change, you can increase or decrease your subscriptions at any time:
- If you need a larger team than you anticipated, you can get additional subscriptions that all expire on the same date as your original subscriptions, making it easy to manage your annual renewals.
- If you find you need fewer subscriptions than you anticipated, our simple, straightforward refund policy makes it easy to get a refund on the unused portion of your subscriptions.
We never exploit your data
We are not Google, we are not Facebook, we are not Twitter. Kerika has never had an advertising business, and never will.
We offer an affordable subscription service and will never rent, loan, or sell any of your data to any company, for any reason.
We rely upon subscriptions for our revenue and excellent customer service for our renewals; we have no incentives to invade your privacy or exploit your data.>
