Kerika's Refund Policy
Canceling your subscription
If you cancel a Professional Account that you have already paid for, you will get a pro-rated refund: we count how many days you already used, how many days are left, and then refund you for the remaining period of your subscription.
Example of a cancellation
You buy 10 user subscriptions on Jan 1, for $7 per user per month.
On Feb 15, you decide to cancel. At this point, you will have used the service for a total of 31 days in January + 15 days in February = 46 days, and you will get a refund for the remaining 319 days of the year. This would amount to $840 x 319/365 = $734.14.
>Reducing your subscription
If you decide you want to reduce your service, to support a smaller account team, you will get a pro-rated refund based upon the number of days you have already used.
Example of a reduction
On Jan 1, you purchased 10 user subscriptions on Jan 1 for $7 per user per month. You paid a total of $7 x 10 users x 12 months = $840 for use of the service through Dec 31.
On Feb 15, you decide to reduce your account team to just 8 users. You will get a refund for 2 people for the remaining 319 days of the year.
This would amount to $7 x 2 x 12 x 319/365 = $146.83. Your remaining subscription would continue through Dec 31.
>Upgrading your subscription
If you decide you want to upgrade your service, to support a larger account team, you will be charged a pro-rated amount based upon the number of days remaining for your subscription period.
Example of an upgrade
You bought 10 user subscriptions on Jan 1, for $7 per user per month. You pay a total of $7 x 10 users x 12 months = $840 for a one-year Professional Account subscription which is good through Dec 31.
On Feb 15, you decide to increase your account team to 12 users. You will be charged an additional $7 x 2 x12 x 319/365 = $146.83. Your subscription would continue through Dec 31.
