If you have been using Kerika on the (paid) Professional Plan, and now find that you need the free consulting and highest-priority support that comes with the Business Plan, the upgrading process is equally easy: just click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the app, and select Manage Account.
On the Manage Account screen where you can see a button for UPGRADE TO BUSINESS PLAN:
When you upgrade from Professional to Business, your new plan will contain the same number of subscriptions, expiration date, and auto-renewal settings as before.
Kerika will credit you for the remaining days of your Professional Plan; this reduces the cost of upgrading to Business.
