Your Due Dates in your Calendar
Your Kerika due dates can show up in your Apple, Microsoft or Google Calendar.
One click to start synching
On the upper-right corner of the Kerika app, you will find a Calendar button: click on it, and select the kind of Calendar you want to synch up with: Apple, Microsoft or Google.
Every Kerika user has a unique URL that can be used to synch with his or her calendar: don't share this URL with anyone!
Synching with Apple's Calendar
Your Kerika due dates can show up in the calendars on your Macs, iPhones or iPads. Here are the simple steps to follow:
Kerika will start putting your due dates into your Apple calendar. You can check that this is working correctly in the next step, where Kerika asks you to look for the first due date across all your tasks
One final step, if you are a Board Admin on any boards: you might want to include due dates for all tasks on those boards:
First, get your unique calendar URL (and don’t share it with anyone else!):
Next, add this URL to your Apple calendar by selecting the New calendar subscription… option, under the File menu:
Synching with Microsoft's Outlook Calendar
Your Kerika due dates can show up in your Outlook calendar, on your computers and mobile devices. Here are the simple steps to follow:
Kerika will start putting your due dates into your Outlook calendar. You can check that this is working correctly in the next step, where Kerika asks you to look for the first due date across all your tasks
One final step, if you are a Board Admin on any boards: you might want to include due dates for all tasks on those boards:
First, get your unique calendar URL (and don’t share it with anyone else!):
Next, add this URL to your Outlook by selecting the From Internet option, under the Open Calendar menu:
Synching with Google's Calendar
Your Kerika due dates can show up in the calendars on your Google Calendar, on your computers and your Android tablets and phones.. Here are the simple steps to follow
Kerika will start putting your due dates into your Google calendar. You can check that this is working correctly in the next step, where Kerika asks you to look for the first due date across all your tasks
One final step, if you are a Board Admin on any boards: you might want to include due dates for all tasks on those boards:
First, get your unique calendar URL (and don’t share it with anyone else!):
Next, add this URL to your Google calendar by selecting the Other calendars, and then the From URL option:
Due Dates are updated automatically
As your Kerika dates change, these changes will show up automatically in your Calendar.
You can control how fast Apple, Microsoft or Google may pick up these changes from Kerika: here, for example, is you can make sure your Apple Calendar picks up changes from Kerika fairly quickly:
