You can sign up as a Kerika user with your Box ID. Any kind of Box ID will do; it doesn't matter whether you have a free or paid Box account.
As part of the sign-up process, Box asks if it is OK for Kerika to access your Box files and folders.
(You need to allow this for Kerika to work properly, but if you change your mind later, you can easily stop Kerika from working with your Box account.)
Your board team members always have the right access to the right files:
You don't have to worry about managing file permissions or file storage in any way: you can just deal with tasks and people in a normal way, and be confident that your files are always getting shared the right way, with the right people.>
Box makes it super-easy to store and synch your Microsoft Office files – and every other file type, for that matter!
People working with a distributed team can easily share and synch files, across the world.>
Box Notes is a really cool feature in Box: it lets you collaborate in real-time on a rich-text document with a bunch of other people.
Kerika integrates beautifully with Box Notes: you can add a Box Note to any card on any Task Board.>
Kerika plays nicely with all of your other Box files, and all of your other applications and tools. Instead of spraying your files all over your Box, Kerika puts everything inside a single folder called "Kerika.com".
Inside this folder you will find a subfolder named for your personal Kerika account. (Remember: every user gets their very own Kerika account.) And, you will find subfolders that match all the other Kerika users who have added you to their boards.
For example, if Alice is a user, and is working on boards owned by Bob and Charles, Alice's Box account will contain folders that look like this:
Alice's Box Account
As Alice creates more boards in her account, more subfolders will appear inside her Box Account, all located in Box > Kerika.com > Alice's Account
And, as Alice gets added to more boards that are owned by Bob, corresponding subfolders will get added to her Box account, like this: Box > Kerika.com > Bob's Account > Another Board
This neat arrangement of files is managed by Kerika, so everything seems to just work like magic...>
