Task Boards can be small and simple...

This is a simple To Do - Doing - Done board that someone is using for tracking their marketing activities.
>Or large and complex

Here's an example of a more complex workflow being used by a software development team.
>Task cards can contain ideas or work items
Kerika is designed to be simple and easy to use for everyone, and a Task Board can be used for literally any kind of work that you or your team needs to get done.
Anything can be tracked on a Task Board: from a vague idea to a fully thought-out work plan.
Every task has a unique URL, and you can use the URL as a direct reference from anywhere else (in Kerika or outside). This makes it easy to create dynamic links between tasks, canvases, and boards.

Task cards can contain subtasks
You can add a checklist of subtasks to each card, to track everything that need to get done before that card can be considered "done".
Each subtask can be assigned to any Team Member — or several Team Members — and each subtask can be scheduled separately.
Kerika makes sure that dates and assignments are rolled up to the task level, so when you look at a board you can easily see when the work is really due, and everyone working on it.

Cards can contain chat
You can chat about your tasks, right on the task itself.
These conversations can get pushed to you as emails, if you like, and they remain forever connected to the task making it easy to retrieve even months after a board has finished.

Tasks can contain content
You can attach content to every task on a Task Board:
- From your laptop: files are shared automatically with everyone on your board team.
- From your Intranet, even a SharePoint site.
- From anywhere on the Web, including videos, blogs, pictures, etc.

And as you work on your files, Kerika automatically keeps track of the changes.

It's easy to see the history of a task
Every task has its history contained within it: see at a glance who did what, and when.
If you ever wonder who exactly did what, and when, Kerika makes it easy to find out at just a glance.

Task Boards can be private, or shared
Every board can be kept private, or shared with others.
Each board can have several Board Admins, and these can then invite others to join as Team Members or Visitors.

Tags make it easy to manage large boards
Tags and color coding makes it easy to filter your view of large boards: we have seen teams work with boards that contain over a thousand tasks!

You can customize your workflow
Process templates

Templates can include both workflow (the columns of a Task Board representing the phases of the project), and the tasks for the project.
Every user can build as many templates as they like, and share them with others or keep them private.
Here, for example, is a template that can be used to use Google's Design Sprints.
>Synch up with your Calendar
Kerika makes it super-easy to have all your Due Dates appear in your Apple, Microsoft, or Google Calendar.
(Here's an example of how you can synch up with your Google Calendar.)
