1. Use your own Google Drive to store your files
This is definitely the most popular option for Kerika users, since so many people already use Google's services. Any Google ID will work, even a regular Gmail address. To use this, click on the KERIKA+GOOGLE button on the Sign Up page.
With this option, Kerika will store all your files in your own Google Drive where they will always be under your control. This includes every file attached to every board owned by your account.
There are lots of advantages to using Google Drive:
- You can edit your files in the browser itself, using Google Docs.
- Google Drive has great security and reliability.
- If your organization is using Google Apps, your IT folks can make sure they have full control over what data are shared outside the company.
