Kerika is pleased to partner with the WIKISPEED project, a global, volunteer-based green automotive-prototyping company with a desire to change the world for better.
What started as a solo effort in one town has quickly become a global movement for green engineering: the WIKISPEED team is working on building a car that does 100 miles per gallon to reduce gasoline consumption and help avert climate change.
(Oh, and a microhouse that costs $100, to help end homelessness...)
From Post-Its to an online Scrum Board
The WIKISPEED crew went from hundreds of Post-Its covering the walls in their main shop (in Lynnwood, Washington) to an online Scrum Board that's shared in real-time with volunteers across four continents:

There are several boards you can visit, even if you haven't signed up as a Kerika user, to see – in real-time – what's happening at WIKISPEED:
- The Lynnwood Shop: led by Joe Justice in Lynnwood, Washington.
- The Electric Motor Board: a global effort to rethink electric vehicles, headed by Michael Lulchak in Saskatoon, Canada.
- WIKISPEED in Maryland: developing the bodies for WIKISPEED cards, headed by Rob Mohrbacher in Rockville, Maryland.
- The LITECAR Challenge: an effort to produce a fully functional 3D-printed vehicle designed and developed with a global community.
