To use this feature, just click on the Board Settings button that's shown at the top-right corner of a Kerika Board.
At the bottom of the Summary tab in Board Settings, you will find the Export option.
You have the choice of exporting your cards in CSV or HTML format:
At the time that you do the export, you can chose which format you like: the information provided in both formats is the same, it's just the layout that's different.
For each card that's being displayed on your board, you can get the following data:
If you export the data using Excel format, the Attachments and Chat are shown in a separate sheet within the exported Workbook.

If you have a really large board, it's easy to reduce the amount of data that are exported by filtering your view of the board, before doing the export.
You can hide some of the columns on the board, by clicking on the Filter button on the top-right of your Task Board or Scrum Board:
Depending upon the size of the board (or, more accurately, the number of cards currently displayed on the board), the export function can take a while to complete.
When the export completes, you will be notified by email, and in your Kerika Inbox. The email will contain a link to the file contains your exported data.
Because exports can take a while, you can only do one export at a time. (We want to avoid overloading the Kerika servers by people doing a series of exports all at once, perhaps by accidentally clicking on the Export button too many times.)
But that restriction is on one export at a time per Kerika Board: if you have several boards open, each of them could be running a different export at the same time.
