30-Day Money Back Guarantee For Annual Subscriptions
For all purchases of annual subscriptions we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you change your mind about using Kerika for any reason within the first 30-days, we will refund your entire purchase!
Note that this applies only to purchases of annual subscriptions.
Cancelling Annual Subscriptions After 30 Days
If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, you will get a prorated credit: we count how many days you already used the subscription and then credit your account for the remaining period of that subscription.
Note that the credit balance can only be used for future purchases of Kerika subscriptions; it will not be refunded to you as cash.
No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions
We don’t give refunds if you decide you don’t want to use your monthly subscriptions anymore: instead, you can simply make sure auto-renewal is turned OFF from within the Manage Account page inside the Kerika app.
