Work doesn't have to be complicated for Kerika to be useful: even a simple To Do list can be created in just seconds, and shared with anyone, anywhere.
Here's an example: we have a few items waiting in the To Do column, one item in the In Progress column, and one item in Valmis.
As new work items show up, they can be added by simply clicking on the ADD NEW TASK button that appears at the bottom of every column.
It's easy to add more details about the work to each task card so that everyone who views your Kerika board knows exactly what's going on.
Within each task card, you can have a checklist of subtasks.
Each subtask can be assigned to a Team Member and scheduled, and Kerika is smart about rolling up all that information so you can see at a glance what needs to get done, by whom, and when.
You can chat about your ideas or tasks, right on the task itself: these conversations can get pushed to you as emails, if you like, and they remain forever connected to the card making it easy to retrieve even months after a board has finished.
You can link useful content to each task: files from your laptop, or anything from your Intranet or the Internet. (And that includes anything stored on SharePoint.)
Kerika is smart about dealing with Web content: videos, pictures – even maps – appear as small thumbnails for easy viewing.
Every task contains a complete history of everything that was done, by whom, and when.
This makes it easy to go back to a board, even years later, and recall everything that happened on a particular project.
Every Task Board can have its own custom workflow.
We provide a useful library of process templates, but what's even better is we let you create your own library of best practices and standard workflows.
Your Kerika Due Dates can show up automatically in your Apple, Microsoft, or Google Calendar, and your Calendar will automatically stay updated even as your Due Dates change.
