It looks like Box's authentication service is not responding: Box may be having problems, undergoing maintenance, or maybe just isn't able to keep up with demand right now.
When you try to sign into a Kerika+Box account, we look to Box to help us identify you, since you signed up for Kerika with your Box ID.
To do this, the Kerika server contacts Box and normally gets a response back really fast, and you are able to login to Kerika with a couple of seconds.
Right now, Box is not responding when Kerika contacts it to help identify you as a registered user.
This is kind of a rare situation: it probably happens every 4-6 months, and usually doesn't last more than a couple of hours when it does happen, because Box is generally pretty good about detecting and fixing their problems.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience you are facing, but there's not much we can do: we need to wait for Box to fix their problems.
The best advice we can give you is to try again, repeatedly. And the critical assurance we can give you is that this does not affect your Kerika data in any way.
